Through our Community Design Works program, the Friends of Patterson Park group reached out to NDC to redesign the entrance to Patterson Park at the corner of S. Ellwood Ave and Gough Street, Baltimore. Through a collaborative design process including one tabling event and an online survey, the team of designers came up with a conceptual plan that would beautify as well as ease access into the park. The design and corresponding budget was submitted in a BRNI grant application in July of 2022.

Pictured above is an on-site share out and engagement event in May of 2022. The goal of this event was to inform the neighborhood of the process and to gather feedback on the three conceptual designs proposed by the team.
