Pennsylvania Avenue Main Street Welcome Center is Complete!

NDC provided project management support for the renovation of 1829 Pennsylvania Avenue, the new home of the Pennsylvania Avenue Main Street Welcome Center.

Now complete, the newly renovated space will will be a hub of connection in Baltimore’s Black Arts & Entertainment District.

Led by Pennsylvania Avenue Main Street and the Upton Planning Committee, the project was born from a vision of revitalization. This building will be a catalyst for change on Pennsylvania Avenue and the community.
