Riverdale Park “Field of Dreams”

NDC was invited by the Town of Riverdale Park to facilitate a visioning process for a former ball field now impacted by a new traffic circle and mixed use development. The selected concept “Lazy Meadow” embodied the community values of a place that feels both natural and well-cared for, with areas for children’s play as well as strolling and casual exercise for adults.
