NEHI Community Land Trust Homes

The North East Housing Initiative (NEHI) is a nonprofit dedicated to affordable housing and neighborhood stability. They renovate vacant properties in the The Four by Four neighborhood of Northeast Baltimore and sell them to those who never thought home ownership was possible. NDC worked with NEHI on outreach and marketing materials for their pilot homes and on community engagement throughout the process.

NDC created 3D models of the homes to communicate the different layouts and features of the new homes and a visualization of NEHI's new office space
Created a neighborhood plan for NEHI to track the CLT homes and
Designed posters to explain the vision of NEHI Community Land Trust to investors, other organizations, potential homeowners, and current residents of neighborhood
Facilitated participatory design processes, engaging key stakeholders to ensure that the materials were inclusive and reflected the community's vision
