Development Manager
I love the C&O Canal Path and visiting the Point of Rocks or Brunswick area, also awesome for a run, as it's super flat, shaded, and right by the river. Great for biking, too!
I also enjoy Baker Park in Frederick, MD — super connected to Carroll Creek Linear Park (lots of places to stop & visit for a tasty bite!), and the walking path goes all the way to businesses along route 40.
Programs Director, Architecture and Community Planning
I enjoy walking along waterfront promenades! Being next to water grounds me!
Project Coordinator
I like short walks from my home in Harwood, Baltimore City: through the Abell neighborhood on the way to the Waverly Farmer’s Market on Saturdays, through Charles Village on the way to a bar in Remington, through the 27th St. Harwood Park on my way to the Harwood Community Garden on Greenmount Ave, and down Guilford Ave, then through the 26th Street Green to all the spots in Charles North and the Station North Arts District.
Director of Business and Operations
I enjoy these spots east of DC — Jug Bay Wetlands Sanctuary, Glendening Walking Trails, and Patuxent Research Refuge.
Project Manager, Landscape Design
I walk for my health, to see nature, to say hi to my neighbors, and to find good views. Some are more mellow walks and others are longer and more vigorous. I like Quiet Waters Park outside Annapolis, the Billy Goat Trail along a rocky section of the Potomac River, Sugarloaf Mountain in Frederick County, and anywhere with good tree cover.
