Call for Artists!
Location: La Plata, Maryland
Engagement and Design Budget: $7500
Implementation Budget: TBD based on design
Timeline: Summer 2021
An artist, or team of artists, is needed to improve the look and feel of a
neighborhood gathering space. Opportunities exist to paint the basketball
courts and to add art to a fence located on the site. This project will be
designed in collaboration with community members. The work of the
artists will be part of a larger effort to re-vision this location by creating an
enhanced, welcoming outdoor space for families.
