A New Play Space at Dallas F. Nicholas Elementary

Just a few blocks from our Baltimore office, we’ve kicked off an exciting transformation behind Dallas F. Nicholas Elementary School—a fenced-in, paved lot with aging play equipment is getting a fresh new vision.

With support from Central Baltimore Partnership, our Community Design Works volunteers are working on a vibrant, inclusive play area designed especially for the school’s special needs Pre-K students.

We recently completed our first site visit and a teacher engagement session, and we’re aiming to have concept designs ready by the end of July.
