NDC supporters beat the heat last Thursday at Mill No. 1 for the Neighborhood Design Center’s Spring Party. With food and beverages by Clementine and the smooth musical styling of Caleb Stine, it was the first event to be held at the recently renovated mill straddling the Jones Falls.
